Prepare for Takeoff
UT Martin's Strategic Plan refresh process has provided an opportunity to ensure that our plan aligns with the five pillars of the UT Systemwide strategic plan. From 2022-2025, Prepare for Takeoff 2.0 aligns goals and outcomes that will educate and engage UT Martin students to live and serve in a diverse world.
Goal I
To achieve sustainable enrollment growth by investing resources to attract and support a wide range of learners.
Goal II
To enhance our institutional reputation by cultivating a culture of delivering exceptional education, accountability, and service to all UTM constituents.
Goal III
To create and enhance physical and virtual spaces that meet the evolving needs future learners and educators.
Goal IV
To reaffirm our commitment to West Tennessee by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new collaborations to drive regional growth and development.
