An emphasis in visual art includes the hands-on courses traditionally thought of as “art courses” - drawing, sculpture, painting, ceramics, etc. You will build an artistic portfolio of original pieces and gain real-world experience using a variety of media. Students also participate in gallery exhibitions and present a senior thesis gallery of personal work.

I was honored to perform four times this past semester at UTM, twice in our ensemble performances, once for the chancellor's breakfast, and once more for the annual night of dance.
