Camps and Conferences

The Office of Housing partners with the Office of Educational Outreach to provide accommodations for camps and conferences offered on the UTM campus. The Educational Outreach staff works with clients to provide personalized service in coordinating every aspect of your visit, including lodging, food service, meeting rooms, recreation opportunities and other on-campus needs.

Availability to Host

  • Fall 2017: (August 28 – December 8, 2017)

    Have limited availability for guests in Browning and Ellington Hall
  • Spring 2018: (January 11 – April 27)

    Have limited availability for guests in Browning and Ellington Hall
  • Summer 2018: (June 1 - July 31)

    Summer camp and conference space will be available in Browning Hall, Ellington Hall, and University Village Phase II.

Housing Accommodations

Our traditional residence halls, suite-style living quarters and student apartments can accommodate camps and conferences of any size. All buildings are air-conditioned, convenient to meeting areas and equipped to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. All accommodations are staffed 24 hours a day with Residence Life staff to assist with your needs.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Effective August 1, 2017, linens will no longer be provided for guests staying with camps and conferences on campus. Please make sure to notify your attendees they will need to bring their own towels and bedding.

Browning and Ellington Hall

$16.00/person per night for double occupancy rooms
$20.00/person per night for single occupancy rooms

University Village Phase II (Summer Only)

$30.00/person per night

If your stay on campus requires food service, meeting rooms, recreation opportunities or other on-campus needs, you will need to contact Debbie Mount at dmount@utm.edu.
