Conner Community Suites
- Building: Apartment Style Suites with Furnished Living Rooms
- Room Configurations: Private Rooms with 2-, 3-, and 4-Bedroom Shared Suites
- Bathroom: Shared Bathroom w/ 1 person Except for 1-Bedroom Units
- Access: All Exterior Entrances are Swipe Card Entry Only, Public Elevators
- Common Spaces: Study Lounge in 1st Floor Lobbies, Hammock Farm, Pergolas, and Recreational Lawn Area
- Visitation: Self-Regulated
- Visitation within student rooms, including hours when visitation is permitted, is determined by mutual agreement among roommates at the beginning of the year and whenever occupancy of the room changes. At any time roommates/suitemates have the right to refuse guests in their room/suite (for safety or any other reasons).
- Staff: Live-In Full-Time Professional Hall Director, Resident Assistants on Each Floor

- Bathroom: Each person will share a bathroom with one other person, Two vanities with plenty of storage room for toiletries, Bathtub and shower (ADA compliant rooms will only have showers), Divided toilet and shower facilities for privacy
